We take great care to remove all bones from our boneless meat, some may remain. All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, and other known allergies may be present. Nothing 100% allergy free. Please inform a member of staff if you have any food allergies.
Offers cannot be altered in any way or used in conjunction with other offers or meal deals. Half and half pizzas must choose same base. Online offers and promotions are not available in store and visa versa. minimum order for promo code £15. Online promo codes can not be used against pizza offers, lunch offers, kids meals, or fried chicken meal deals. All images are for illustration purposes only. NHS, forces & student discounts are only available for takeaway orders with minimum order of £12. No cash refunds or alternatives on any promotion. Prices/offers/deals may change without prior notice. Products subject to availability, however alternative will be offered. Management have the right to refuse service, we do not tolerate bad behavior. All our products are Halal. CCTV recording 24x7. We are closed on Christmas Day and will notify customers of any unexpected closures on any other day. Last delivery orders are taken 45 minutes before closure.
Refund Policy
Because of the nature of fast food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Slice and Bites management at any store.
Once an order has been placed and delivered by any of our branches, you must contact the store directly should you have any complaints. The store must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day or time of delivery. No Refunds or exchanges will be given for any product which cannot be seen by staff to analyse or mostly consumed. If the store does not rectify this for you, then please email admin@SliceandBites.com.
Payment
The owner of electronic card used for payment must present with the card on receiving the order. Card payments are secure. Minimum order for delivery must be above £15 and this varies by distance. Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in pound (£) sterling. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your online order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
In the event of Slice and Bites needing to issue a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.
Payment methods may vary from store to store. Administration charge of £1 may apply.
Modify or cancel your order
If you have made an order within the last 5 minutes and would like to modify or cancel your order, please call the store directly. Orders that have already been made will need to be paid for and cannot be cancelled.
Delivery Times
Our goal is to provide piping hot food, quickly. Unfortunately, things don't always go according to plan, and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this. Our typical delivery time for customers within a 3 mile radius is 45 minutes. Collection orders are usually ready within 20 minutes of ordering.
Products
Side orders, drinks and desserts are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Slice and Bites store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item. Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. Great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain. All delivery orders must contain pizza or fried chicken products.

By submitting your information, you consent to the use of that information as set out in the Privacy Policy Statement.
Offers, Promotions, Discounts &Loyalty Rewards
When submitting your order details, you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular Slice and Bites offer, promotion, or discount. To take advantage of this facility, you will need to enter the appropriate offer, promotion, or discount code with your order details. These codes are present on our menus and other items of promotional literature from time to time, and are not valid with any other offers.
Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion, or discount in question and will be subject to availability.
Meal deals are available at participating stores only and are not valid with any other offer.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any offer prices, promotion, discount or Meal Deal at any time.
A Loyalty Reward can only be redeemed once, unless otherwise specified. Loyalty Rewards cannot be exchanged for products or other rewards and are unavailable in conjunction with other discounts, voucher codes, offers and meal deals. Loyalty points cannot be exchanged into an equivalent monetary value.
You can track your Loyalty points balance by logging onto your online account or by asking a member of staff at the issuing store.
There is an administration charge of £5 to replace a lost or damaged Loyalty card. The loyalty card remains the property of the store that it was issued by.
You can collect Loyalty points online through your online account and in store by logging into your online account and scanning your QR code when placing your order. It is not currently possible to retrospectively collect Loyalty points after an order has taken place.
The Loyalty Rewards available are on a store basis and may change from one store to another. The same reward in one store may not apply to another store. Loyalty is only available in participating stores. The store may cancel a Loyalty Card without notice if it notices misuse or fraud on the account.
When registering your Loyalty Card for the first time, you can opt in to receive communication from us in relation to your Loyalty Card. By default, you will not receive any marketing information from us. You can change your contact preferences online or ask a member of staff at the store.
