How long will my order take to arrive?
Our typical delivery time for customers within a 3 mile radius is 45 minutes. Unfortunately, things don't always go according to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
My order arrived late.
We are very sorry if your delivery arrived late. There are a number of reasons this may happen. Please contact your local store and inform them.
Cancel or modify order.
If you have made an order within the last 20 minutes and you wish to amend an order, please phone the store directly. You can find the contact details for the store by searching store area and then clicking on store details.
Where can I find voucher codes?
We regularly run promotions on our website or on social networks. Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for the latest deals and discounts.
Are your toppings Halal?
All our products are halal and fresh chicken cuts are bought from HFA Halal approved suppliers.
Do you accept Cheques?
We do not accept payment by cheque.

Do you cater for vegans?
Sorry, we currently do not include any strict vegan friendly pizzas due to our ingredients. Our Vegetarian and Vegetarian Hot pizzas are however specifically designed to be suitable for vegetarians.

Do you give special discounts on large orders?
Yes, your local store manager will certainly be happy to give further discounts or extra food for large orders typically exceeding £100. We may also offer extra discounts to schools, charities, NHS and Forces.
